Shipping:
Once you place an order with me, I will process and ship it within 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that my books are shipped from Amazon’s warehouse as I utilize their fulfillment services. Consequently, delivery times may vary, and I cannot guarantee the condition of the books upon arrival. If you receive a defective book, please refer to Amazon’s return policy for further assistance.
Expected Shipping Times & Cost:
For domestic orders within the United States, please anticipate that your purchase may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. It is important to note that I do not maintain a stock of my books and rely on Amazon for order fulfillment. I appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
Right now I offer a flat rate shipping between $4.50 and $6.00.
International Shipping:
At this time, I do not offer international shipping services. If you reside outside of the United States and wish to purchase a book from me, I recommend checking with other retailers like Amazon that provide international shipping options.
Tracking Information:
Once your product has been shipped, I will provide you with tracking information. An email will be sent to you containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
In the event that a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, I will address the issue on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory resolution. If Amazon is unable to deliver your order and it is returned to me, a refund will be issued. However, if the book is not returned to me or fails to arrive due to an uncommunicated change in address, I cannot be held liable.

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
I accept returns of damaged products within 72 hours of delivery. Should you wish to return a damaged book, please contact me at info@misswinn.com to initiate the return process. Once I receive the returned book, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, first email info@misswinn.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be considered for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Digital Products:
I do not provide refunds on digital products or downloads.
Services:
I offer refunds on services on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges:
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send me an email at info@misswinn.com, and I will provide you with my mailing address.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
